In customized workshops, I teach concepts, demonstrate behaviors, and provide tools that can all be used at work right away.
Each workshop includes:
Structured training in which each participant can ask questions, offer insights, and practice what they are learning through small-group work and role-playing exercises.
A training manual for each participant to follow along, make notes, fill in the blanks, and have a resource to refer back to after the training.
Workshop length is tailored to your needs, typically between 90 minutes and 4 hours.
