Provide leaders with one-on-one support

The typical executive coaching relationship involves a coach working with an individual leader.

Executive coaching with Janna Lundquist Consulting, meanwhile, usually happens in conjunction with strategic planning or implementation. Depending on your needs, a handful of leaders or your entire leadership team has access to me for one-on-one sessions that take place in person, over video, or by phone.

Coaching clients get additional value from our time together because I already know their workplace. I understand:

  • The organization and culture.

  • The overall dynamics and individual personalities at play. And,

  • The big goals and challenges on the docket for the rest of the year.

By leveraging this understanding, clients receive additionally custom guidance. Sessions are confidential except when information about behavior that violates laws or ethics, or indicates risks to personal safety, is disclosed.

Topics discuss in a one-on-one session may include:

  • Lining out your priorities for coming month.

  • Engaging your team in key projects.

  • Deciding how to address problems or dynamics you're tolerating – so you can all be more productive.
